Kullanım Koşulları

Relato uygulamasını indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Taraflar ve tanımlar

"Biz", "geliştirici" veya "SolvioAI" ifadeleri, İstanbul, Türkiye merkezli SolvioAI'yi; "uygulama" veya "Relato" ifadeleri iOS için yayımlanan Relato mobil uygulamasını; "siz" veya "kullanıcı" ifadeleri uygulamayı kullanan gerçek kişiyi ifade eder.

2. Lisans

Bu koşullara uymanız şartıyla, Relato'yu sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple markalı cihazlarda kişisel ve ticari amaçlarla kullanmanız için size münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutamaz, kopyalayamaz, kiralayamaz, yeniden satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.

Uygulama App Store üzerinden dağıtıldığı için Apple'ın Hizmet Koşulları ve Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Bu iki metin arasında çelişki olması hâlinde Apple'ın koşulları öncelikli uygulanır.

3. Ücretsiz sürüm ve Relato Pro

Relato ücretsiz olarak indirilir ve ücretsiz sürümde en fazla 5 kişi kaydedebilirsiniz. Ücretsiz sürümde ziyaret kaydı, takip hatırlatıcıları, notlar, etiketler, KKS skoru, zaman akışı ve CSV dışa aktarma dâhil tüm temel özellikler açıktır.

Relato Pro aboneliği; sınırsız kişi kaydı, arayan kimliği, JSON tam yedekleme ve JSON içe aktarma özelliklerini açar. Pro'ya geçmeden önce ücretsiz sürümü dilediğiniz süre kullanabilirsiniz.

4. Abonelik, otomatik yenileme ve iptal

  • Abonelik ücreti, satın alma onayından sonra Apple Kimliğinizden tahsil edilir.
  • Yıllık planda ilk 7 gün ücretsizdir. Deneme süresi içinde iptal ederseniz ücret alınmaz. Aynı abonelik grubu için deneme hakkı yalnızca bir kez tanınır.
  • Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
  • Aboneliğinizi iPhone Ayarlar → Apple Kimliğiniz → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda yürürlüğe girer; kalan süreyi kullanmaya devam edersiniz.
  • Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
  • Ödemeler ve iadeler Apple tarafından yönetilir. İade talepleri için reportaproblem.apple.com adresine başvurun; bizim iade yetkimiz yoktur.
  • Fiyatlar değişebilir. Mevcut aboneler için fiyat artışı, Apple'ın kuralları uyarınca önceden bildirilir ve onayınız alınır.
  • Cihaz değiştirdiğinizde veya uygulamayı yeniden yüklediğinizde aboneliğinizi "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" düğmesiyle geri getirebilirsiniz.

5. Verileriniz ve sorumluluğunuz

Relato'nun sunucusu yoktur; girdiğiniz tüm veriler cihazınızda saklanır (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası). Bu nedenle:

  • Yedekleme sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Cihazınızı kaybetmeniz, sıfırlamanız veya uygulamayı silmeniz hâlinde verileri geri getiremeyiz — bizde bir kopya bulunmaz.
  • Uygulamaya üçüncü kişilere ait kişisel veri (ad, telefon, e-posta, notlar) girdiğinizde, KVKK ve GDPR anlamında veri sorumlusu sizsiniz. Bu verileri toplamak, saklamak ve kullanmak için gerekli hukuki dayanağa sahip olduğunuzu; işvereninizin, sektörünüzün ve yürürlükteki mevzuatın kurallarına uyduğunuzu beyan edersiniz. Özel nitelikli kişisel verilerin (sağlık bilgisi vb.) uygulamaya girilmemesi tavsiye edilir.
  • Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı amaçlarla, taciz, takip veya izinsiz veri toplama için kullanamazsınız.

6. Arayan kimliği hakkında

Arayan kimliği özelliği, iOS'un Call Directory uzantı mekanizmasına dayanır ve yalnızca uygulamaya kendi kaydettiğiniz numaraları tanır. Özelliğin çalışması için iPhone Ayarlar → Telefon → Arama Engelleme ve Tanımlama bölümünden Relato'nun etkinleştirilmesi gerekir. iOS'un uzantıyı ne zaman yeniden yükleyeceği sistem tarafından belirlenir; gecikme veya güncellenmeme durumları bizim kontrolümüz dışındadır. Bu özellik bir numara sorgulama, spam tespiti veya rehber servisi değildir.

7. Uygulamanın niteliği

Relato bir kişisel üretkenlik aracıdır. Hukuki, tıbbi, finansal veya mesleki danışmanlık sunmaz; bir CRM sistemi, satış yönetimi platformu veya kurumsal kayıt sistemi yerine geçmez. Kurumsal kayıt tutma yükümlülüğünüz varsa işvereninizin resmi sistemlerini kullanmalısınız.

8. Garanti reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, açık veya zımni tüm garantileri reddediyoruz; uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz. Tüketici mevzuatının size tanıdığı zorunlu haklar saklıdır.

9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde; veri kaybı, kâr kaybı, iş kaybı veya dolaylı, arızi ya da özel zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Her hâlükârda toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebin doğduğu tarihten önceki 12 ay içinde uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Kasıt ve ağır ihmal hâlleri ile ölüm ve bedensel zarara ilişkin sorumluluk bu sınırın dışındadır.

10. Fikri mülkiyet

Relato adı, logosu, arayüz tasarımı ve yazılımı üzerindeki tüm haklar SolvioAI'ye aittir. Uygulamayı kullanmanız size bu haklar üzerinde bir mülkiyet vermez. Uygulamaya girdiğiniz içerik (kişiler, notlar, ziyaretler) size aittir.

11. Fesih

Bu koşullara aykırı davranmanız hâlinde lisansınızı sona erdirebiliriz. Siz de uygulamayı cihazınızdan silerek dilediğiniz zaman kullanımı sonlandırabilirsiniz. Fesih hâlinde 8., 9. ve 10. maddeler yürürlükte kalmaya devam eder.

12. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm daima bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde bildiririz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

13. Apple hakkında

Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir ve uygulamadan sorumlu değildir. Uygulamaya ilişkin bakım ve destek yükümlülüğü yalnızca bize aittir. Uygulamanın üçüncü kişi fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiği iddiasında, iddiayı soruşturma ve karşılama sorumluluğu bize aittir. Apple ve iştirakleri bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve koşulları size karşı ileri sürme hakkına sahiptir.

14. Uygulanacak hukuk ve yetkili mahkeme

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Çağlayan) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici sıfatıyla hareket ediyorsanız, bulunduğunuz yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

By downloading, installing or using the Relato app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. Parties and definitions

"We", "the developer" or "SolvioAI" means SolvioAI, based in Istanbul, Türkiye; "the app" or "Relato" means the Relato mobile application published for iOS; "you" or "the user" means the individual using the app.

2. Licence

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Relato for personal and commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, rent, resell or distribute the app.

Because the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple's Terms of Service and the Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also apply. In the event of a conflict, Apple's terms prevail.

3. Free version and Relato Pro

Relato is free to download, and the free version lets you save up to 5 contacts. All core features are available in the free version, including visit logging, follow-up reminders, notes, tags, KKS scores, the timeline and CSV export.

A Relato Pro subscription unlocks unlimited contacts, Caller ID, full JSON backup and JSON import. You may use the free version for as long as you like before subscribing.

4. Subscription, auto-renewal and cancellation

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged. A trial is offered only once per subscription group.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.
  • Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. For refund requests, contact reportaproblem.apple.com; we are not able to issue refunds.
  • Prices may change. For existing subscribers, price increases are notified in advance and require your consent under Apple's rules.
  • If you change device or reinstall the app, use the "Restore Purchases" button to restore your subscription.

5. Your data and your responsibility

Relato has no server; all data you enter is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). Consequently:

  • Backups are your responsibility. If you lose or reset your device, or delete the app, we cannot recover your data — we hold no copy.
  • When you enter personal data about third parties (names, phone numbers, emails, notes), you are the data controller under GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK. You represent that you have a lawful basis to collect, store and use that data, and that you comply with your employer's rules, your industry's rules and applicable law. Entering special-category data (such as health information) is not recommended.
  • You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, harassment, stalking or unauthorised data collection.

6. About Caller ID

The Caller ID feature relies on the iOS Call Directory extension mechanism and identifies only the numbers you have saved in the app yourself. To work, Relato must be enabled in iPhone Settings → Phone → Call Blocking & Identification. When iOS reloads the extension is decided by the system; delays or missed updates are outside our control. This feature is not a number lookup service, a spam-detection service or a directory service.

7. Nature of the app

Relato is a personal productivity tool. It does not provide legal, medical, financial or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a CRM system, a sales management platform or a corporate system of record. If you have corporate record-keeping obligations, use your employer's official systems.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Mandatory rights granted to you by consumer law are unaffected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect, incidental or special damages. In any event, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim. Liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury is excluded from this limitation.

10. Intellectual property

All rights in the Relato name, logo, interface design and software belong to SolvioAI. Using the app grants you no ownership of those rights. The content you enter into the app (contacts, notes, visits) belongs to you.

11. Termination

We may terminate your licence if you breach these terms. You may end your use at any time by deleting the app from your device. Sections 8, 9 and 10 survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with an updated "last updated" date. We will notify you of significant changes inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. About Apple

Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app. Maintenance and support obligations for the app rest solely with us. In the event of a claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, responsibility for investigating and resolving the claim rests with us. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. If you are acting as a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in your place of residence is reserved.
