Özet: Relato'nun sunucusu yoktur. Uygulamaya girdiğiniz kişiler, notlar, ziyaretler ve hatırlatıcılar yalnızca iPhone'unuzda saklanır. Bu verilere biz erişemeyiz; onları toplamayız, satmayız veya üçüncü taraflara aktarmayız.

1. Veri sorumlusu

Bu uygulamayı SolvioAI (İstanbul, Türkiye) geliştirir ve yayımlar. İletişim: [email protected].

Uygulamaya kendi girdiğiniz üçüncü kişilere ait bilgiler (örneğin bir hekimin adı ve telefonu) bakımından, 6698 sayılı KVKK ve GDPR anlamında veri sorumlusu sizsiniz. Bu veriler cihazınızda kalır ve bize ulaşmaz; hukuka uygun şekilde işlenmesinden siz sorumlusunuz. Ayrıntı için Kullanım Koşulları'na bakın.

2. Hangi veriler işleniyor?

2.1 Cihazınızda kalan veriler

Aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca cihazınızın yerel veritabanında (Apple SwiftData) saklanır, sunucumuza gönderilmez:

  • Kişi bilgileri: ad, soyad, unvan, şirket, şehir, uzmanlık, telefon, e-posta, fotoğraf
  • İlk tanışma yeri ve tarihi, etiketler, KKS skoru
  • Kişisel notlar ve ilişki notları
  • Ziyaret kayıtları: tarih, konum metni, görüşme tipi, notlar
  • Hatırlatıcılar ve görevler: not, tarih, saat, öncelik, durum
  • Uygulama tercihleri: tema, dil, tanıtım turu durumu

2.2 Bize ulaşan veriler

Hiçbiri. Relato'nun arka uç sunucusu, hesap sistemi veya kullanıcı veritabanı yoktur. Analitik SDK'sı, reklam ağı, çökme raporlama servisi veya üçüncü taraf izleyici kullanmıyoruz. Uygulamayı açtığınızda bize herhangi bir istek gitmez.

2.3 Apple tarafından işlenen veriler

Abonelik satın aldığınızda ödeme işlemi tamamen Apple tarafından yürütülür. Kart bilgilerinize, adınıza veya Apple Kimliğinize erişimimiz yoktur. Uygulama yalnızca cihaz üzerinde StoreKit aracılığıyla aboneliğinizin etkin olup olmadığını kontrol eder. Apple'ın veri uygulamaları için Apple Gizlilik Politikası'na bakınız.

App Store, geliştiricilere kimliği belirsizleştirilmiş toplu satış ve indirme istatistikleri sunar. Bunlar tek bir kullanıcıyı tanımlamaz.

3. Uygulamanın istediği izinler

  • Rehber (Kişiler): Yalnızca siz "Rehberden Ekle" dediğinizde ve seçtiğiniz kişinin bilgilerini forma doldurmak için kullanılır. Rehberiniz toplu olarak okunmaz, kopyalanmaz veya dışa aktarılmaz.
  • Bildirimler: Kurduğunuz takip hatırlatıcılarını zamanı geldiğinde göstermek için. Bildirimler cihazda yerel olarak planlanır; uzaktan bildirim (push) kullanılmaz.
  • Fotoğraflar: Yalnızca bir kişiye fotoğraf eklemek istediğinizde, seçtiğiniz görsele erişilir.
  • Arayan kimliği (Call Directory uzantısı): Pro özelliğidir. Kayıtlı kişilerinizin numaraları ve adları, iOS'un kendi Call Directory veritabanına yazılır. Bu veritabanı sistem tarafından yönetilir; ne biz ne de başka bir uygulama okuyabilir. Gelen aramanın numarası bize veya herhangi bir sunucuya gönderilmez. Arama geçmişinizi görmeyiz ve kaydetmeyiz.

Tüm izinler isteğe bağlıdır. Reddetseniz de uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışmaya devam eder.

4. Yedekleme ve dışa aktarma

Uygulamadan JSON veya CSV dosyası dışa aktardığınızda, dosya sizin seçtiğiniz yere (Dosyalar, iCloud Drive, e-posta, mesaj vb.) gider. Bu noktadan sonra dosyanın güvenliği ve paylaşımı sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Dosyaların bir kopyası bize gönderilmez.

iPhone'unuzun iCloud veya bilgisayar yedeğini alıyorsanız, uygulama verileri Apple'ın standart cihaz yedeğine dâhil olabilir. Bu yedek Apple'ın gizlilik ve şifreleme koşullarına tabidir.

5. Saklama süresi ve silme

Veriler siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. Bir kişiyi sildiğinizde ona bağlı ziyaretler ve hatırlatıcılar da silinir. Uygulamayı iPhone'unuzdan kaldırdığınızda tüm yerel veriler silinir — bizde kopyası bulunmadığı için bu işlem geri alınamaz. Önemli verileriniz varsa kaldırmadan önce dışa aktarın.

6. Veri güvenliği

Veriler iOS'un uygulama korumalı alanında (sandbox) saklanır ve cihazınızın kilit ekranı korumasıyla (parola / Face ID / Touch ID) şifrelenir. Sunucuya veri gönderilmediği için ağ üzerinden sızma yüzeyi yoktur. Cihazınıza fiziksel erişimi olan birine karşı en güçlü koruma, güçlü bir cihaz parolası kullanmanızdır.

7. Çocuklar

Relato profesyonel kullanıma yönelik bir iş uygulamasıdır ve 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız — zaten hiçbir kullanıcıdan veri toplamıyoruz.

8. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11 ve GDPR)

Kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama ve taşınabilirlik haklarınız vardır. Relato'da bu haklar doğrudan uygulama içinden kullanılır: verilerinizi görüntüleyebilir, düzenleyebilir, silebilir ve makine tarafından okunabilir bir formatta (JSON/CSV) dışa aktarabilirsiniz. Bizde saklanan bir kopya olmadığı için bize ayrıca başvurmanıza gerek yoktur.

Yine de bir sorunuz olursa [email protected] adresine yazabilirsiniz. Talepleri en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na, AB'de ise ilgili denetim otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.

9. Yurt dışına veri aktarımı

Uygulama verilerinizi hiçbir ülkeye aktarmaz; veriler cihazınızdan çıkmaz. Abonelik işlemleri Apple'ın altyapısı üzerinden yürür ve Apple'ın kendi aktarım koşullarına tabidir.

10. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki "son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yaparız. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Summary: Relato has no server. The contacts, notes, visits and reminders you enter are stored only on your iPhone. We cannot access this data, and we do not collect, sell or share it.

1. Data controller

For information about third parties that you enter yourself (for example a physician's name and phone number), you are the data controller under GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK. That data stays on your device and never reaches us; you are responsible for processing it lawfully. See the Terms of Use for details.

2. What data is processed?

2.1 Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only in your device's local database (Apple SwiftData) and is never sent to a server of ours:

  • Contact details: first and last name, title, company, city, specialty, phone, email, photo
  • Where and when you first met, tags, KKS score
  • Personal notes and relationship notes
  • Visit records: date, location text, meeting type, notes
  • Reminders and tasks: note, date, time, priority, status
  • App preferences: theme, language, onboarding state

2.2 Data that reaches us

None. Relato has no backend server, no account system and no user database. We use no analytics SDK, no ad network, no crash reporting service and no third-party trackers. Opening the app sends no request to us.

2.3 Data processed by Apple

When you buy a subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We have no access to your card details, your name or your Apple Account. The app only checks on-device, through StoreKit, whether your subscription is active. See the Apple Privacy Policy for Apple's practices.

The App Store provides developers with anonymised, aggregated sales and download statistics. These do not identify individual users.

3. Permissions the app requests

  • Contacts: Used only when you tap "Import from Contacts", and only to fill the form with the person you pick. Your address book is never read in bulk, copied or exported.
  • Notifications: Used to show the follow-up reminders you create. Notifications are scheduled locally on the device; no remote push is used.
  • Photos: Accessed only for the image you choose when adding a photo to a contact.
  • Caller ID (Call Directory extension): A Pro feature. The numbers and names of your saved contacts are written into iOS's own Call Directory database. That database is managed by the system; neither we nor any other app can read it. The number of an incoming call is never sent to us or to any server. We do not see or store your call history.

All permissions are optional. If you decline them, the rest of the app keeps working.

4. Backup and export

When you export a JSON or CSV file from the app, the file goes wherever you choose (Files, iCloud Drive, email, messages and so on). From that point, the security and sharing of the file is your responsibility. No copy is sent to us.

If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or to a computer, app data may be included in Apple's standard device backup, subject to Apple's privacy and encryption terms.

5. Retention and deletion

Data stays on your device until you delete it. Deleting a contact also deletes their visits and reminders. Removing the app from your iPhone deletes all local data — and because we hold no copy, this cannot be undone. Export anything important before deleting the app.

6. Security

Data is stored in the iOS application sandbox and encrypted by your device's lock-screen protection (passcode / Face ID / Touch ID). Because no data is sent to a server, there is no network exposure surface. Your strongest protection against someone with physical access to your device is a strong device passcode.

7. Children

Relato is a business app intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children — we do not collect data from any user.

8. Your rights (GDPR and KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of and port your personal data. In Relato these rights are exercised directly inside the app: you can view, edit and delete your data, and export it in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV). Since we hold no copy, there is no need to make a request to us.

If you have a question, write to [email protected]. We respond to requests within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority in the EU, or with the Personal Data Protection Authority in Türkiye.

9. International transfers

The app transfers your data to no country; it never leaves your device. Subscription transactions run through Apple's infrastructure and are subject to Apple's own transfer terms.

10. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the "last updated" date on this page. For significant changes we will notify you inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
